Hermond Ghazarian – President
Hermond started London Pewter LTD after attending the City of London Polytechnic in England and moving to the United States in 1981. London Pewter manufactured and marketed Hermond’s designs of collectable figurines to retail stores. Soon after, national advertising resulted in shipping products directly to collectors. London Pewter’s success in shipping product direct to the consumer resulted in other companies requesting this service. In 1994, Coast to Coast Fulfillment was founded to meet the demands of direct response fulfillment. Hermond’s career has provided him with comprehensive understanding of all elements of the fulfillment business. Drawing from his 20 years of experience, Hermond can quickly implement the elements necessary to avoid pitfalls and create a successful fulfillment program for clients’ product and marketing.

Jenik Ghazarian – Customer Service Manager
Jenik brings more than 17 years of extensive Customer Service experience to Coast to Coast Fulfillment. She holds a degree from the Hall Institute. She has been a customer service representative for Jordan Marsh Company, a business manager for Clarins Cosmetic Company and Customer Service Specialist and cosmetic consultant for Estée Lauder. This wide ranging experience provides her with the ability to lead her team of customer service representatives, maintaining a calming influence with customers and resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Randy Lundquist – Client Services Manager
Randy brings a diverse background to Coast to Coast Fulfillment. He started out as an engineer with a B.S.E.E. from the U.S. Naval Academy. After 5 years confinement in nuclear submarines and earning an M.B.A., he spent the next 10+ years in manufacturing companies. He held numerous positions being involved in design, procurement, customer service, manufacturing and finance. He uses this multi-faceted background to assist Coast to Coast’s clients in all aspects.

Ken Giguere - Information Technology (IT) Manager
Ken Giguere has worked at Coast to Coast since its founding, improving its information flow, both within Coast to Coast and between Coast to Coast its clients and its clients’ customers. Ken’s information technology management skills ensure that all electronic data flows seamlessly into our computer systems, so orders are processed correctly, databases are established and managed properly, and accurate reports are generated. For B2B operations, Ken also is the shipping information compliance manager, ensuring that the myriad regulations pertaining to each shipment, its labeling, routing, manifests, etc. are strictly adhered to, keeping our clients 100% in compliance.
