Coast to Coast Fulfillment is a kitting specialist. Kitting is the process of preparing
all the components of an order for shipment in a complete "kit" for shipment.
Since these components often arrive from different suppliers, they require
assembly into a kit at our fulfillment house (kitting). We specialize in the
just-in-time (JIT) coordination of component delivery, and the picking, assembly,
and packing of components and collateral materials into a "kit". Our fulfillment
services include both pre-assembly kitting and on-demand assembly of kits. We then
can ship the kits anywhere in the world, whether direct to consumers (B2C),
to distributors and other businesses (B2B).
A kit can be as simple as a brochure or catalog with a custom-printed letter, or
the addition of a voltage converter and printed warranty to an electronics product,
or the picking and packing of the discrete items from a customer's order into the
same box for shipment.
